SUNDAY PARKING: Just a reminder that parking is NO LONGER available behind Skylands Orthopedic (on the corner of Main St. & Moore St.) on Sunday mornings. Also, please be considerate of our neighbors driveways, please do block them, nor turn around in them. COFFEE HOUR VOLUNTEERS are needed. Please sign-up in the Lady Chapel or speak with Ellen Infante. DIOCESAN ANNOUNCEMENTS: Please check Our Links for Announcements from the Diocese of Newark BUILDING USE: In order to avoid any conflicts, all parishioners are asked to call the office if they are interested in reserving the Church or Mitcham House. LAY VISITORS: If you know of any member of the parish who is unable to attend church on Sunday who could be included in our list of parishioners who are visited every Sunday, please call the office and leave that persons name. ST. FIACRE GUILD: If you enjoy gardening, and are interested in helping with the care of the gardens at St. James, please contact Candy Brewster. If you have any announcements that you would like placed in the Sunday Bulletin or Monthly Letter, please call the office and leave a message. WARREN COUNTY TRANSPORTATION has begun a shuttle bus service along Route 57. This service connects the towns of Phillipsburg and Hackettstown, with many stops in between. Please see the flyer in the Parish Hall for details. Mid-Week Eucharist Thursday at 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel. Shop Rite Gift Certificates are available from members of the Mission Strategy committee between the services and after the service. Please support the outreach and other work of this committee. Certificates may also be purchased in the church office during the week. Help Us, Help Each Other! If you know of a parishioner who is ill or hospitalized, PLEASE contact the office. We have Lay Eucharistic Ministers who can bring communion to them. We have a CARES group who can help provide meals and other assistance in their time of need. If it is an emergency, we have priests we can contact. We have set up a special "voice mailbox" on the church parish phone - just press "6" while the recording is playing, and leave the person's name and information in the "mailbox". PLEASE SEE THE BULLETIN BOARDS IN THE PARISH HALL: We receive many leaflets and flyers about job opportunities, programs and services offered by the diocese and other churches and organizations in the area. Please take a few moments during coffee hour to read these notices
DIOCESAN AND COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENTS
ST. JAMES' is participating in "hearourprayer.com" - a web site set up and maintained by Christian businesspeople in the Hackettstown area. You may visit the site and request prayers for yourself and others. Members of St. James' and other area churches are praying for those who request prayers and are including the prayer requests in their service each week
PARENTS ANONYMOUS OF NJ, INC. is seeking dependable Volunteers for their 24 hour Parent Stressline. Their goal is to prevent the abuse of children in New Jersey. You may volunteer from the comfort of your own home and give as little as 4 hours per week. Training is provided. No experience is necessary. Please call for training dates and location. THE RAINFOREST AND THE HUNGER SITE would like to know: Would you help by "clicking" a button?
